- Allegiance Educare PVT. Ltd will provide a Whitelabel version of their existing web-based under the name of Whitelabel Partner and shall be accessible to the public under a Sub Domain designated by Customer. The name, trademark, trade name, trade dress, designs, and logos of Allegiance Educare PVT. Ltd (the “Marks/Logo”) shall not appear on a Customer Subdomain unless mutually agreed by the parties in advance in a separate signed written authorization.
- The white-label service will be hosted either on Allegiance Educare PVT. Ltd servers or Customers will host and maintain their own web sites at their own expense. The party has the choice to remain on the “Service Provider” Server or apply masking to the Subdomain as per his/her own requirement or convenience.
- All information submitted and posted on the Whitelabel Partner website(s) shall remain the exclusive property of Allegiance Educare PVT. Ltd and access are available to the on “White Label Partner’s” till this agreement remains in force.
- Pricing: The pricing for the use of “Allegiance Educare PVT. Ltd” Platform and its services under this Agreement which is incorporated herein by reference. Any content published on the White label website through their users like blogs, testimonials, reviews, comments, etc. will be reviewed and accepted by “Allegiance Educare PVT. Ltd” (except for content added and edited on pages by White label on their website).
