Quality Controller

Quality controllers are responsible for ensuring that the product meets the quality standards before it is released to the market. They are also responsible for ensuring that a product is not defective and is of high quality.

This role requires a lot of knowledge and experience in order to do this job well. Quality controllers must be able to identify any defects and ensure that they are corrected before releasing them to the market. They must also be able to identify any problems with the production process and work with other people in order to find solutions for these problems.

Quality controllers work closely with other people in their company such as engineers, designers, producers, etc., which can make this job very rewarding because they get to see how their work impacts the entire company’s products.
 

A quality controller ensures the quality of the product. They are responsible for the quality of products and it is their job to make sure that the product is up to standard before it leaves for distribution.

Quality controllers are usually employed in manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, and paper production. They also work in other industries like education, tourism, and hospitality.

The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that the product meets the company’s quality standards. They ensure that the product is in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

The Quality Controller's job requirements are listed below:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years' experience

- Good knowledge of quality control methods and techniques

- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025, and other relevant international standards

The quality controller's responsibility is to ensure that the product meets the required standards. The quality controller checks whether the product is meeting the standards set by the company, government or any other regulatory authority.

The scope of work of a quality controller varies from company to company and can be broadly classified into two types:

1) Internal Quality Controller: The responsibilities include checking whether all processes are in compliance with set standards, conducting internal audits and inspections, designing and implementing corrective actions and preventive measures, etc.

2) External Quality Controller: The responsibilities include ensuring that products are meeting customer specifications as well as regulatory requirements. They also provide training to employees about their quality control activities.
