Both are good Depending on what job you want. In Ground staff- with a degree/diploma and proper communication, you can attend a walking interview for ground staff. The dates for interview will be given on the official airline website.

To become a ground staff , you need to be a graduate in any stream. You can get into various departments of the airline if you have basic computer knowledge. After you get recruited , they will put you on training, depending on the department that you have been selected for.
Apart from Fränkfinn & Thomas cook there are many airline industries who provide short term courses. Every airline has their own training, and they don't care or give any additional priority if you have been in one of these institutes. Airlines have about 4-7 weeks rigorous training, with highly qualified instructors.
