TIPS TO ENSURE A POSITIVE HEALTH AND 
PERSONALITY


PHYSICAL ASPECT :
 Make sure that you consume 7 hours of good quality sleep.
 Follow a balanced diet that is inclusive of 
proteins, good fats, minerals and vitamins 
(avoid excessive intake of caffeine, especially 
right before sleep.)
 Try incorporating a of lot natural colors to 
your meal ,specially greens ( e.g.: beans ,peas 
, leafy vegetables )
 Engage in physical activities that help you 
sweat toxins out (dancing and yoga does 
wonders!)
 Most importantly SMILE AS MUCH AS YOU 
CAN.

EMOTIONAL ASPECT :
 Keeping a track of emotions becomes easy to  regulate them ( e.g. maintaining a diary or 
journal)
 Exercise easy mindful activities for an 
instance, practicing affirmations, listing out 
traits that you love about yourself.
 Try listening to motivational speakers 
 Try watching movies that will help you march towards a happy life.
 Avoid participating in violent video-games.
